Our services support what is most meaningful and worthwhile to the individual.

Our services include:

Group Home Services
Supportive In-Home Services
Community Engagement Services

Whether it is in the person's home or in a small group home, we strive to help individuals in gaining greater independence, making good choices, and being a part of their community.

This means we are out and about, providing opportunities to volunteer and contribute in a manner that is valued and respected by the greater community.

We do all of this within the context of sound therapeutic practices that are life changing for the person and of significant support to families.

Our Employees

Both management and our Direct Support Providers ( DSPs) possess extensive training, education, and experience in disabilities. We strive to be the best at what we do!

While we come from varying backgrounds, we all believe in the importance of this work and believe that we really can make a difference. Our job is to help people have the life they want. While we have discovered that the person gets the life they want, often family members are able to have the life they want as well!

Our Goal

Our goal is simple: Help people live the lives they want. We accomplish this by:

Working towards full community participation and inclusion
Developing and implementing a plan of supports that is meaningful
Providing opportunities of growth of the individual
Encouraging independence by trying new things
Providing opportunities for natural support to evolve
Working collobrativley with families and support systems
Being open to listen and earn from everyone

CLS is licensed by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (BDHDS) to provide a variety of services and is a vendor with the Virginia Department of Medical Services, and is fully insured.
